First steps
Counselling is an investment both financially and emotionally.
Julia welcomes any questions regarding current issues or aspirations before you choose to embark on a course of therapy.
Julia is happy to talk to you over the telephone or in a face-to-face meeting.
Practical arrangements
The length of time you participate in counselling will depend on how you are feeling, what areas you wish to explore and how our work together develops.
Six initial sessions are advised with a review of how things are working before we proceed further.
Some people come for the first appointment and decide that counselling is not what they want to do at this time. Others may come for a few months or a couple of years.
Personal devleopment is a journey which is different for everyone.
