Helen initially trained in Beauty and Holistic Therapies at the London College of Fashion.  She has since worked at home and abroad in a variety of prestigious salon and clinic based practices and has to date over 25 years experience in the health, holistic and beauty industry.  Her interest is very much with natural anti-ageing skin care and holistic treatments.  Her expertise as a skincare specialist is evident in her profound knowledge of today's up-to-date and innovative skin care treatments.

Helen has developed her holistic treatments graduating as a Cranio Sacral Therapist from the Institute of Cranio Sacral Studies, having practiced since 2008. She is passionate about incorporating all her knowledge she has gained over the years in her holistic treatments. 

Appointments are available with Helen at at the weekends at The Cedar Clinic Marlow.  Evening appointments are also available.
