Julia Hudsen is an experienced therapist of ten years. She qualified at Regents College in London with a Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling.

Since then she has undertaken many specialised courses in the areas of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Art Therapy, working with victims of torture and most recently Life Coaching.

These have led to her professional registration with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

As such she abides by the BACP and UKCP codes of ethics for practitioners.

Julia has worked as a Counsellor in both primary care and private settings.  Previously she worked in the creative services industry.
