Trained by The Coaching Academy (Europe's largest and most established Coach Training organisation) and NLP Excellence, Victoria set up her Life Coaching business in November 2008 as a culmination of related study and part-time work experience over the previous two and a half years.

Prior to this, she worked for seven years at a Recruitment Firm in the City and has also spent four years in the book publishing business. 

She is firmly committed to continuous professional development and regularly attends NLP and Life Coaching related conferences and events - run by organisations such as Hay House Publishers, The Coaching Academy and NLP Academy (whose key figure is John Grinder, co-inventor of NLP) - in order to keep her skills and knowledge current and to provide her clients with the best, most up-to-date resources.
